Return, Refund and cancellation policy

Replacement and Refund

• Any Product purchased from the Website can be returned to the Company within 48 hours except for the products present in sub categories mentioned below: ➢ Products listed in Sub Categories “Dairy & Frozen” / “Fruits & Vegetables” have to be returned on the same day as of the order. ➢Products listed in Sub Category “Inner Wear” are non – returnable due to the hygiene factor involved.
  • In case the User wishes to return any Product, the User shall have the following options: o “Replacement” – User can choose to have Product replaced by placing the “Replacement Order” with the Representative or Company’s call center or through the Website. ➢“Refund” – User can also opt for Refund of the amount paid for buying the Product by placing the Refund Order with the Company’s call center by calling at +91 – 7210071200
 • If the User has opted for Replacement of the Product by placing the “Replacement Order”, Company shall endeavor to arrange the replacement Product of the same description with-in 3 working days from the date of placing of such Replacement Order. In case of Refund Order, ➢ Company shall refund the amount paid by the User directly to the account from which the payment was made with-in 10 working days of placing the Refund Order. ➢ In cases of Cash on Delivery, User will be refunded by means of Cash at the time of pickup arranged for the Product.
• Subject to the provisions as set out here in above, User hereby agrees and understands that the User can return Product purchased on the Website only to the appointed Company representative.
• User can also opt for refund of the amount in case of return of Product in the unlikely event of the Company being unable to Replace, as the case may be, the returned Product. For any Refund or Replacement of Product the relevant provisions of ‘Replacement’ or ‘Refund’ shall apply as given herein.
• In case of Replacement / Refund Order, the Company’s Representative will arrange pick up of the Product to be returned. User will assist and cooperate fully to return the Product with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, freebies, if any, and packing materials or any other things which were delivered to User along with the Product being returned. At the time of pickup the User will be provided with acknowledgement of pick up by the Company’s Representative. User should retain the said acknowledgment and quote or product the same in all his/her future communications with the Company in this regard.
• In case of any return requests arising after 48 hours of delivery of the Product, such requests will be serviced as per the discretion of the Company or according to the warranty terms of the Product

Refund

The Amount of the refund can be used by the shopper to pay subsequent bills or they can  be refunded by NEFT withing 5 working day. Either of the two is dependend on the customers will.

we will be happy to exercise any of the option as directed by the customer.

Force Majeure

            • The Company shall not be liable for any failure and/or delay on its part in performing any of its obligation and/or for any loss, damage, costs, charges and expenses incurred and/or suffered by the User by reason there of if such failure and/or delay shall be result of or arising out of Force Majeure Event set out herein.
            • Explanation: "Force Majeure Event" means any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including, without limitation, unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, earthquake ,explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockout, and/or industrial action of any kind, breakdown of transportation facilities, riots, insurrection, hostilities whether war be declared or not, acts of government, governmental orders or restrictions breakdown and/or hacking of the Website and/or contents provided for availing the Products and/or services under the Website, such that it is impossible to perform the obligations under the Agreement, or any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of the Company hereto which prevents timely fulfillment of obligation of the Company hereunder.

 

Cancellation by Site 


 Customer You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
